Job Duties
1. Content Creation & Media Production

Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photos and videos for events, products, and marketing.

Oversee video production from filming to final delivery.

Design recruitment posters, promotional materials, digital ads, and other visual assets.
2. Social Media Management

Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Create engaging, platform-specific content to boost engagement and brand awareness.

Monitor inboxes and respond to inquiries and comments professionally.

Analyze performance metrics to optimize social strategies.
3. Website & Digital Asset Coordination

Work with web teams to maintain and update digital content on company websites.

Gather and supply media content to internal teams.

Ensure all online assets follow branding guidelines.
4. Recruitment & HR Marketing Support

Design recruitment visuals and internal HR materials.
-
Promote job openings with attractive digital content.
-
Manage communications with job applicants via email and social platforms.
5. Internal Communication

Create and distribute internal posters, reminders, and announcements.

Ensure internal content is visually appealing and consistent with company values.
6. Admin Team Support

Provide visual materials for reports, presentations, and general admin use.

Collaborate with admin staff to deliver required design and media assets.
7. Marketing & Branding

Oversee development of promotional content and marketing materials.

Maintain consistency in brand messaging and design across all channels.
8. Buyer Visit Presentations

Develop and deliver company profile presentations during buyer visits.

Coordinate with teams to gather accurate, up-to-date content.
9. Project Management & Collaboration

Manage multiple content and media projects simultaneously.
-
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to meet deadlines and execute campaigns.
Requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or related field.

Proven experience in photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design.
-
Proficiency with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, Filmora, etc.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work independently or within a team.

Knowledge of social media platforms and current digital trends.
Skills & Competencies:

Creative & Technical: Strong visual design, editing, and media production skills.

Web Coordination: Familiarity with website asset management.
